Shipping Policy
- Our goal is to ship orders by the following day, but that may not always be possible! Please allow 2 to 3 business days from when we receive your order on in stock items. We do our best to maintain sufficient inventory for our website and store but occasionally we may be out of stock. We will notify you immediately if this does occur and will give you the best information we can on a delivery date.
- We do not bill your debit or credit card until we are ready to ship.
- All orders are shipped through the USPS, Priority Mail.
Return Policy
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered, you can exchange it or return it for a refund within 30 days from the shipping date.
- We ask that you send all returns and exchanges to us through insured mail, UPS or any other traceable company. Please contact us before returning an item so we know to expect it. You will need to include a copy of the sales receipt along with a reason for the return. Items must be returned in the same condition as when received and all tags intact. You are responsible for your own shipping charges and the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
